Customer- Provided Apparel Policy
At Mamas Drama Boutique, we understand that some customers may wish to provide their own garments for custom printing. While we’re happy to offer this service, please read and acknowledge the following policy before placing your order:
1. Acceptance of Customer-Provided Items
We reserve the right to decline any customer-provided item based on fabric type, garment condition, or print compatibility. Not all fabrics and styles are suitable for our printing process.
2. No Liability for Damage or Errors
By submitting your own item for customization, you acknowledge and accept that Mamas Drama Boutique is not liable for any damage, printing inconsistencies, or unexpected results. As these items are not sourced from our suppliers, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the customization process.
3. Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for any defects, wear and tear, or pre-existing damage to garments provided by the customer. We recommend bringing new or gently worn items in clean condition.
4. No Replacement Guarantee
In the event a customer-provided item is damaged, we will not offer replacements, refunds, or reimbursements of any kind. The risk of using non-supplier items lies with the customer.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided item is appropriate for the chosen customization (e.g., heat transfer, screen printing, sublimation, etc.). We are happy to offer recommendations but cannot guarantee results.
6. Turnaround Time
Custom printing on customer-provided items may require additional processing time. You will be informed of the estimated turnaround at the time of your order.
By submitting your own garment for printing, you agree to all terms listed above.
