Shipping policy

All orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping options will be displayed upon checkout. Customers will receive an email with a tracking number to notify them when their item has shipped. 

Mamas Drama Boutique will not be held liable for any lost or damages packages in the shipping process. Once the order is in the hands of the courier service, it is no longer Mamas Drama Boutique's responsibility and you must inquire with the courier for further information if there is a delay etc.

 

🌎 International Shipping, Duties & Tariffs Policy

Orders shipped across international borders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid to Mamas Drama Boutique and are the full responsibility of the customer.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Any duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed on the shipment are the customer's responsibility.

Mamas Drama Boutique does not control or determine these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be charged.

Orders will not be refunded, cancelled, or reimbursed because of unexpected duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable import charges or refuses/abandons the package because of these fees, the original order and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their country's current import requirements and potential fees before placing an order.
